╬ Observations
Image Date: December 1, 2025
Menco has just given way to her progeny Flames. She has recently been dealing with blight on her leaves.
symptoms of blight that Menco has exhibited:
- Leaf stems are straight from the soil up until ~1 inch below the leaf. Then, they have a characteristic curve that's causing the leaves to droop.
- One leaf showed brown spot with yellow ring that started from the centre of the leaf and grew over time. The leaf was removed.
- Smaller/new leaves are immediately going soft and yellow, they are removed when this occurs.
- may not be sign of blight; could just be due to the arrival of winter, but worth noting: flowers (currenly 3) are turning green and wrinkling.
